It's time to register for the ENS integration weekend, "The MEGA" !

The departure will be on Thursday 15th at 9pm in the courtyard. And we will come back on Sunday 18th around 10 pm. On the program, parties, multiple activities, and accommodation in beautiful bungalows. Registrations have just opened today, with priority given to conscripts until Friday, September 9.

It is therefore important for conscripts to register as soon as possible, either at lunch and dinner, or via the following link: https://www.helloasso.com/associations/aeens/evenements/mega-2022-1.

If you are coming by perm, don't forget your identity card or equivalent (except for your driver's license) and your health insurance card, we need the information on it.

In addition, we ask for two deposit checks for the MEGA, which will be cashed only in case of problems. A 50€ check, for incivilities, non respect of the rules, and access restrictions on the site for example, and a 150€ check in the case of damage to equipment in particular. Checks must be made out to A.E.E.N.S. and deposited in perm at the office before departure. Any person who has not returned his or her deposit cheques before departure, or who has not joined the COF and BDS, will be refused entry to the bus.
